Maryfield School has launched a program open to all Canadian and international students who are interested in attending Maryfield School to improve their curling and/or English skills. The
curling program provides interested students with quality on ice and dry land instruction and would focus on both technique and strategy. As part of the program, curlers have the opportunity to participate in a junior super league and enter competitions at the junior level.
Maryfield School offers a well rounded program with high academic standards and a quality English program. The school has implemented an ESL program to assist foreign students who have moved to our community. A low teacher-student ratio provides students the opportunity to receive individual assistance whenever needed. The welcoming, friendly environment of our school encourages students to develop leadership skills and pursue a variety of extracurricular interest.
Students attending the Maryfield Curling School will have the opportunity to live in a friendly rural setting. Accommodations for students will be provided by host families who assist students in becoming acquainted with prairie life.
In addition to scheduled ice time during the school day, our 3-sheet artificial ice facility offers unlimited practice time and multiple game opportunities in the regular leagues from mid-October to late March.
